The  whale  swim  grounds  of  Vava'u  are  remote  and  can require the use of  several  air  carriers to  arrive  at  your  destination.
Each  leg  of  your  journey provides  opportunities  for:
Flight delays
Flight cancellations
Missed flights
Baggage loss

Illness and incapacity can also affect your ability to travel and arrive for your scheduled charter.

Vaka Vave have no control over your travel to Vava'u .   It is virtually impossible for Vaka Vave to rebook your charter if you miss it.   

Consequently Vaka Vave enforce a No Refund policy.
